By accessing or using IDEXMarket ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply in conjunction with the rules and guidelines of the r/IndiaDealsExchange (IDE) community.

2. Description of Service

IDEXMarket is a reputation-first peer-to-peer (P2P) trading platform designed to facilitate secure transactions between users. The platform allows users to view their trade history, link external accounts (such as Reddit) for identity verification, and initiate Admin Method trades.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a user of IDEXMarket, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering and verifying accounts.
• Honor all trades and agreements made with other users.
• Refrain from any fraudulent activity, scamming, or attempts to manipulate the reputation system.
• Comply with all community rules established by r/IndiaDealsExchange.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate suspension or a permanent ban from both IDEXMarket and the r/IndiaDealsExchange community.

4. Admin Method Trades

The platform offers an "Admin Method" for trades, which acts as a mediated escrow-like service. When using the Admin Method:

• An administrator holds the agreed-upon funds or assets until the buyer confirms successful redemption or receipt.
• Administrators act as neutral mediators to resolve disputes.
• Users must follow the explicit instructions provided by the assigned administrator during the transaction.

5. Reputation and Bans

Your reputation is central to the IDEXMarket ecosystem. Bans, suspensions, or flair adjustments issued on the r/IndiaDealsExchange subreddit will be reflected on IDEXMarket, and vice versa. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for any conduct deemed harmful to the community.

6. Disclaimers

IDEXMarket is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain a safe trading environment, we do not guarantee the completion, safety, or legality of any direct user-to-user trades not utilizing the Admin Method. Users engage in direct trades entirely at their own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDEXMarket, its administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial loss, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, or any transactions conducted through the platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
